This item is sold brand new with 90 days warranty. The buyer will not hold the seller or eBay responsible for the appropriate or inappropriate use of this device either by the user or a third party. Once purchased, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to assume any and all liability from the use of this device.
-Buyer must response within 5 days after auction ended or the item will be re-listed.-Buyer responsible for all shipping cost if return for exchange or refund-Insurance is optional but highly recommended-We accept returned merchandise with a full refund if not 100% satisfaction within 7 days. S/H is non-refundable. Merchandise much be well packed and no sign of physical damage or abused.
