We have an outstanding career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join one nations leading Construction Companies located in the Irvine, CA. area.

The position will be working with the Executive Vice President. It requires an energetic Administrative Assistant with phones, filing, data entry and customer service experience. We need someone with at least 2-3 years overall experience.

The ideal candidate is to be well organized, with great communication skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (Accounting is a plus), and can multi task with ease.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: maintaining busy calendar, data input, schedule personal/business appointments/meetings, make travel arrangements/dinner reservations, filing, and manage all personal bills and more.

Highly responsible, reliable and flexible with work assignments.

Must have reliable transportation and insurance/mileage reimbursement for company errands.
